Elvin Bishop
Bishop is a slide guitar great with 45-years of blues
under his belt. Rolling Stone has praised his "careening
slide and razor-edged bursts, all delivered with
unflagging enthusiasm and wit. His latest album “The
Blues Rolls On” is another defining moment in Bishop’s
long career and a welcome reminder that the blues is
still alive and well.

Ron Thompson
One of
the best moves Mayor Gavin Newsom made last year was
proclaiming Sept. 5, 2007 as 'Ron
Thompson Day in San Francisco.'
The Newark-born musician, best known for the years he
spent in John Lee Hooker's band, is one of the Bay
Area's truly great guitarists. He's on equal footing
with Carlos Santana or, really, anybody else you want to
mention.

David Coppa's
music mastery has been heavily influenced by the royalty
of Albert, B. B. and Freddy King, Louis Jordan and
Stevie Ray Vaughan. The band writes many of their own
songs and their release of "Storm" was just one example
of their homage to those music monarchs that have paved

A.C. Myles
A.C. Myles, guitarist, singer and
songwriter, is reminiscent of greats in the taste of
Stevie Ray Vaughan, Rory Gallagher and Eric Clapton. He
is one of those performers, that once seen on stage,
you’ll never forget. As an entertainer, A.C. Myles is an
interesting observation. Vividly entertaining in person,
often times appearing as if the world could be falling
down around him as he play, himself far to entranced in
his musical prayer to notice it was happening. All the
while his veracious smile rarely leaving, only to
disappear in the occasional facial cast of throe. |

the southern cultural richness of Sarasota Florida,

studio, and back-porch with many blues, rock and folk
greats at a young age. As a touring and recording
vocalist, he always maintained a strong love for guitar
and a continuing commitment to further hone his skills
on many instruments. |
