ABOUT US
At week's
end after many hours pick-axing and panning in nearby
streams for flecks and nuggets of nature's bounty, GOLD,
the hearty and brave men
seeking their fortune would travel along the rocky
trails from the remote wilderness to restock their
supplies and quench their thirst.
Long ago
Mariposa had many productive mines and the mother of
California Counties had a brewery that gave the miners
relief from their incredible toil.
We have
opened Mariposa Brewing Company to provide today's
travelers with the finest hand-crafted beers, made from
snow-capped mountain waters and the best ingredients
available. Taste our beers, explore Yosemite's wonders
and enjoy the adventures aplenty still, here in Mother
Lode Country.
